Skyline Apartment REIT Completes Sale of Ridgetown, Ontario Properties

On October 11, 2019, Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the sale of three properties in Ridgetown, Ontario:

  • 10 James Lane, Ridgetown, Ontario
  • 16 Marsh Street, Ridgetown, Ontario
  • 45 Victoria Avenue, Ridgetown, Ontario

The properties are comprised of three buildings with 109 suites. The total sale price was $10.37 million.

Introduced in 2006, Skyline Apartment REIT is fully-managed and operated by the Skyline Group of Companies, a Guelph, Ontario-based real estate acquisitions, management, and investment firm.

Post-disposition, the Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 203 properties in 56 communities across 8 provinces – Ontario, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Québec, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Manitoba – with 17,871 units and 655,178 square feet of commercial space.
