The REIT was ranked according to the number of apartment suites owned and managed within its portfolio as at May 4, 2021.

RHB’s “The Annual” presents “the complete market perspective for the Canadian rental housing industry.” It comprises an annual survey of industry experts, association executives, government sources, and apartment owners and managers across Canada.
