Skyline recently ranked #5 among the Top 10 REITs in Canada in the 2020 “The Annual” issue of RHB Magazine.

Skyline was ranked according to the number of apartment suites owned and managed (in Skyline Apartment REIT) as at May 27, 2020.

RHB’s “The Annual” publication presents “the complete market perspective for the Canadian rental housing industry.” It comprises an annual survey of industry experts, association executives, government sources, and apartment owners and managers across Canada.
