Amin Barakat Relationship Manager, Private Equity, Skyline Wealth Management Inc.

Amin is an accomplished wealth professional with more than 20 years of domestic and international experience in the investment and wealth management industries. He is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Skyline’s investor base and providing them with advice to help them reach their financial goals.

Prior to joining Skyline in 2024, Amin worked as an Advisor for IG Wealth Management, where he provided comprehensive financial advice and services to families, professionals, and business owners. Amin has held senior roles in investment advisory, marketing, and business development, where he demonstrated a high degree of commitment to engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders including clients, advisors, private bankers, and executives.

Amin believes in the importance of understanding his clients’ long-term financial goals so that he can offer tailored advice and recommendations. He is committed to ongoing professional development and staying informed of changes and advances in the financial service industry.

Amin holds a Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. He has obtained his Chartered Investment Management (CIM) designation and holds a Fellow of CSI (FSCI) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. Outside of work, he volunteers with the West Park Foundation.
