Christian Langman Regional Vice President, Capital Raising

Christian Langman currently serves as Regional Vice President, Capital Raising at Skyline, where he is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with portfolio managers and investment professionals. His primary focus is on educating advisors about the value of alternative assets, especially private real estate investment trusts (REITs), to help build stronger, more resilient portfolios for their clients.

Since joining Skyline in 2023, Christian has played a pivotal role in its growth. In his first two years at Skyline, he helped propel the division from $6 million to $265 million in equity through strategic relationship building and unwavering dedication.

Christian is also passionate about mentoring Skyline’s next generation of financial professionals. He champions a hands-on, mentorship-driven approach within the team, offering them exposure to key aspects of the business to help them succeed and grow in their careers.

With a deep passion for education and empowerment, Christian’s goal is to make Skyline a household name in Canadian real estate, ensuring the firm is recognized for its quality, trust, and innovation.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from George Brown College. He also obtained the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
