We are pleased to report that Skyline’s funds have delivered another quarter of strong yields and unit value growth for our investors. In our Q3 update video, Wayne Byrd, CFO of Skyline Group of Companies provides an update on the performance of Skyline’s funds and the current market outlook.

Highlights include:

  • Skyline Apartment REIT’s portfolio fair value increased 2.7% sequentially
  • Skyline’s Industrial REIT increased its Unit Value by 1.1%
  • Skyline Retail REIT’s average annual in-place rent finished strong at $19.47 per square foot
  • Skyline Clean Energy Fund increased its Unit Value by 3%
